I was really surprised by the spaciousness and brightness of my room at Key Rome Center. Despite the building site across the road, it didn't disturb me as they only worked for a couple of hours each morning. Plus, the location was fantastic, with shops, restaurants, and bus stations nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel at home. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Rome.

The location is excellent, with easy access to all the main attractions. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a small fridge and a kettle provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The accommodation is located in a lovely area, making it a pleasant place to stay.
There were some minor issues with the bathroom, such as leaks and old plumbing system, that could benefit from an upgrade.

The manager was understanding and refunded my payment for the first night when I couldn't make it. Great location, near Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Polash was super helpful and accommodating, even calling a restaurant for me when I lost my ATM. Good value for Rome, with a quiet atmosphere to escape the city. Lovely room with a balcony.

During my Xmas vacation, I found two key location facts about the hotel to be quite advantageous. it was conveniently situated near the subway station, great for easy access to various attractions in the city. there were several charming cafes and markets located on the same street or within a block or two of the hotel. This made it convenient for me to grab a quick bite or pick up any necessities. the staff at the hotel were wonderful.
the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, always available when I needed assistance. The room was spacious and had a cute little balcony where I could enjoy my breakfast. The location was great, it was fairly close to the subway and most attractions or bus stops. I really enjoyed being in this really nice neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
